We accept most Credit Cards, debit cards ApplePay and shop pay, for payment.

Estimated shipping times

Processing Time We are based in the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 All orders are sent tracked either Royal mail/ yodel delivery for UK customers. 

International orders are also sent tracked either with royal mail or a delivery service that ships to your available country.

Delivery times are estimates only. We always aim to deliver before these dates, but delays due to customs or courier circumstances are outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. Icons of the Stage has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at iconsofthestage@gmail.com and we will investigate with the courier.

You will be notified via email when your item has dispatched with a tracking code. 

Returns

Icons of the stage sells vintage clothing, jewellry, and accessories. The term vintage is defined as 20+ years old or older. Vintage items have survived years, decades, and often lifetimes of ownership and use. Please keep in mind that vintage and pre-owned contemporary items are not new, and therefore might possess some signs of age, wear, or use - these signs will be defined in the condition section of an item's description. 

ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL

Although all sales are considered final, online returns are reviewed on a case by case basis. Because of the detailed accuracy of an item's measurements and description, returns will not be accepted due to improper fit. If you feel an item was grossly misrepresented in it's listing, or should you encounter any other issues with your purchase, please contact iconsofthestage@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of the item. We will try our best to reach a resolution and accommodate your needs.

CANCELLATIONS: Please note, once you place your order we are not able to cancel it. In the event of any accepted cancellations, the buyer will be subject to up to a 10% restocking fee. Unfortunately, all payment and credit card processors retain the processing fees that are taken immediately upon a processed payment - regardless of how fast an order is cancelled or whether or not an order has shipped. Understandably, we are a small business that cannot absorb this loss due to a cancellation that is no fault of our own. Please ask any questions you may have prior to completing your purchase - we are available via email or chat and we typically reply quickly!
